Fuimos a solicitar eso y nos dijeron que su pasaporte/visa y 1-94 (ingreso al pais) no coincidan, entonces tienen que "verficar" sus documentos, me parece cuando el entro a los EEUU, que escribieron algo mal y parece que esto pasa frecuentemente...entonces tenemos que esperar hasta que hacen esto y luego le dan su SSN#...
