when they say they sent you packets that just means the AOS and the IV packets. they're just late. they will refer to RFE's as "checklists" so you're good

i made brought the the original and the copy of the CRBA. they want to see the original and then keep the copy of it. as for 31a, my wife put me and my daughter on it. hope that helps! good luck the rest of the way!

oh just wait for the voice prompt. it will say press 1 for english. then it will say something like if you know your CIS formerly IND number press 1. and then they'll ask for the first 3 letters then you dial the numbers after. the AVR will then tell you if your case number has already been generated.
