same thing is happening with my wifes application. received everything, employment and advanced parole. But nothing about the green card. We also submitted it in FEB.

we submitted the i-485 together with an advanced parole and an employment authorization in February. She had her biometrics done and we recieved her employment authorization card and advanced parole. It is now June and have not heard anything about the AOS. is this normal? I checked online using the receipt number and it only shows that the card has been sent but nothing about the i-485.

My fiance and i are getting married on nov 11. what are the next steps after that? when can she start working? what do we need for her to be able to work.

can i already get a ssn for her and my daughter?

yes i do have the i-134! and yes my fiance has that! so thats complete and already good to send?

yes the doctor we went to is a pulmonologist. Can she have her treatment with her doctor? or does she really have to go through st lukes? Can she continue treatment here in the us? or is the whole treatment going to happen in manila?

so she will have to stay in manila till everything is cleared and all the treatment is done?

we already have the manila case number... and we had our doctor check her out before even going to the medical and scheduling for an interview.

we just found out that my fiance has mild TB... We havent done the medical or scheduled for interview yet... what should we do now? is our visa gonna get denied?

yes! we already submitted a fiancee visa application. and is already approved and is now at the manila consulate. my daughter was just added to the fiance visa. i just want to know the procedures or what other forms to submit to the consulate.

so should i just get her a philippine passport and continue on including her on the fiance visa?

I have filed a fiance visa and added my daughter to it. and i am a us citizen. I just found out that when you file your child for cbra that you have had to be living in the US 5 years straight after the age of 14. and i have not done that. and i am lost on what to do now. if i file for cbra it will get denied due to my lack of living in the us for 5 years straight. how will my daughter come in?

hi. i filed for fiance visa and added my child to it. it has already been approved by uscis. went through the nvc. and they just sent it to the consulate...

my question is. do i need to still do anything for my child who is on the petition also? like file any reports?

hi guys, how long do you have to be in a relationship to file for fiance visa? 2 years? or do you have to just know each other for two years before filing for the petition. please help.
