      and about the surgeon thing, u need to go to a Civil surgeon and have your medical evaluated.look for a CS who is willing to transcribe it.It will only take 20 dollars lang daw.Kc meron daw mga CS na pinapaulit ka ng medical and u will pay for 200-300 dolars daw.
