its ok if she didnt have appointment date yet as long as she have noa2 letter and nvc letter she can just bring it to st lukes and explain that she didnt schedule intrview yet...and if she have letter from embassy manila that shes elligible for intrview then she should bring it to med...she needs to bring 3 visa picture also in med and her passport..and 213.35 in peso dpend on rate....i didnt get a letter from nvc my fiance got a letter from them telling that they send our papers to mnila and...

wow thats good so u should start counting from the day nvc send ur case to manila and atleast 13 days she can schedule online intrview or call...yeah good that she will pay visa soon...goodluck soon ur fiancee will have her intrview...she might get april cuse march is no slots now..
