In March of this year I submitted a change of address for our petition. However the USCIS did not update the file and as a result the original NOA2 went to old address they were given new address. As a result of this my status has been put back at "review" on USCIS website. A call placed to "customer service" I was told to goto feild office. Field office said to call customer service. I called NVC center and the sent package out on June 3rd they said. Has this happened to anyne else, I have email notice of approval and KEV was issued. The problem is where is my file back at USCIS or did the send to Kyiv? Will they still process the petition?

How long will it take Vermont to return a misfiled I-129?

I sent my petition to Vermont Service Center how do I get it back and Get to right address or will USCIS forward to Texas service center? Help!

I sent my petition to Vermont rather than the Texas service center. I assume they will mail petition back to me. My question is though is process time for petition only for 5 months or till visa is issued? If so what are the time lines for embassy process to issure visa in Ukraine. So is it 5 months for visa to be issued or 5 months just to process I-129. and is ther a way to get hold of the Vermont service center by phone?

I noticed Immigration Opened a office in Texas for processing, USCIS has not up dated their web site that I can see if I love in the State of Texas do I sned my forms to Vermont or to Texas processing center?
