Hello, I am filling out forms and such so that I can file for Adjustment of Status, married to a U.S. Citizen.
My question is:
I have 2 last names, my dad's and then my mom's, while filing out form I-693 I noticed that it asked for both last names, if I had two, while none of the other forms specifically asked for it. All forms are filled out except the i-693 but I only put my dad's last name on all the others because I've always just used that one, for school, medical appointments, everything. On my passport it shows both last names. What should I put on all forms for my AoS?
