Got my green card one week after my interview

Had the sweetest interview yesterday, all that was ask was how me and hubby met, then interviewer said look out for the.green card in the.mail.

Amin the same situation husband is unemployed from august interview is the 16th , but.he receives unemployment checks am not sure watt to do

Got my ead on thursday went for ssn friday took the letter with me for dl and got ssn wednesday

Got my interview for the 16th of march

Got ead on the 4th .did bio The 28th of january .got my license on my first try today.hissed

People have more success walking in the bank than trying to create an account online. It doesn't matter what her SS card says. Don't even show the card, just memorize the number or write it down somewhere to get it correct on the account application.

Try bank of America as long as u a citizen u can add ur wife on ur account, my husband did mines and I don't have a ssn yet

Finally got my biometrics apointment but it's for the 28,not to sure how the walkings are in Maryland

We were in the same boat. We filed in October and received our bio appointment letter this past Saturday. We live in Maryland as well. Baltimore is our local office, however, the biometrics appointment is for Glenmont.

Well am in the same boat from Maryland going on 60 days next 3 weeks

I am on the same situation here. I'm from Maryland but my ASC is in Alexandria. I called USCIS and I was told to call again if I don't recieve the appointment in 30 days

We are in the same situation ... AOS received August 17th, and still nothing! Our lawyer said some areas (ours included) are VERY backed up, we are in the DC area and he said he has been seeing 2-2.5 months to receive a biometrics letter with ALL his cases lately. :\

wow so many people have done there biometrics already, im starting to get worried since we haven't even got our biometrics appt letter the wife is worried too =( i called the uscis but they said i cant do anything until feb. anyone have any advice?

Argh I'm so upset after reading all your updates. WE filed Nov 1, got our NOA1 on the 9th and since then nothing no touches on the AOS until this past Monday stating that it has been sent to the National Benefits Center. What's depressing is that everyone I filed before has either received a notice for their biometrics or have completed them. We're still waiting for them to send us a biometrics

. Same for me still nothig execpt a ref, call them they said they ddnt even asign me a date so don't wait by the mail

If it's not too late, I'd include a copy of your K-1 visa page too. That way, you know you've got it all covered. And don't forget to include a copy of the RFE.

Did you send a copy of your I-94 front and back, and a copy of your K-1 when you submitted your application?

The general rule of thumb is always copies, unless specifically asked for the original. You'd usually be expected to take originals to interview for examination if they ask for it.

Please can you quote exactly what was written on the RFE.

He needs to sit and think I for one knows for sure one of his parent or grand parents or even great great grand came to this country as a immigrant ,which then cause him to be the citizen he is today,u could have object to marrying this girl cause divorce isn't a problem don't see y marriage u couldn't opt out,she is not a pair of shoes u buy today and don't want tomorrow,this is terrible this girl can comment suicide cause of the shame u wanna put in her eyes,take her out her country and wanna send her back like she is piece of meat,to put shame in her family eyes,being laugh at by neighbours , come on man no one wants that for their family or friends
