You know, I got my NOA2 in January when I was in Moscow. I felt that if it does not come today I will not survive physically. So, it was 3 am at night, Masha was sleeping next to me and I got up and went to the kitchen to check e-mails. And here it was! I really wish you will be there and your NOA2 arrives while you are with your fiance!

Done with waiting. Talked to Congressman's aide and sent updated request for assistance; called DOS, e-mailed embassy (at DOS recommendation); called USCIS and e-mailed CSC (at USCIS Tier 2 recommendation). I want answers and I want action!!
