Roxana's application for permanent residence was approved! Now, in order to become a citizen, she has until to May 2016 to learn English jajaja. Actually, I believe her English will be great by then. But considering the educational system that groomed her in lovely Santo Domingo de las Sachilas, I fear for her more on the U.S. Civics Test than the English test. Abrazos

Although I can't say for sure, my experience and the experience of many others before you tells me that the best part about YOUR visa experience is that you'll interview in Italy, not Guayaquil. Consider yourself very fortunate.
