do i need to send all my original documents TO MY HUSBAND IN THE STATES LIKE [bIRTH CERT, MARRIAGE CERT.,ETC....] OR I MAILED IT DIRECTLY TO NVC..together with the DS-230 ... THANK YOU!!!

after 5 months 9 days of waiting at last we got the NOA2.... MY HUBBY IS SOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!! OF COURSE ME TOOOOOO.......TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

Thank you Lord Jesus....My wife had her approval about 2hours ago in Manila, Philippines..She said the consular/interviewer was very nice and asked only a limited amount of normal questions. She showed a few wedding pictures and then he told her she was approved.

hi, also an August filer. . most of us got transferred to TSC. . .initial review,,that's normal. . .their just doing a background check among other things..we're almost at the 5th month time period anyway,,,hopefully it'll be good news for all of us

Yaa, there are bunch of people that got the same message. I got a hard copy stating that. My case in transferred to TSC on 23rd November and my case is still in initial review.Please check this link.

hi hello we got the same letter like that.at first they send the papers to CSC then they transfered the papers to TSC and from their we recieved mailed that transferred to USCIS and still in INITIAL REVIEW. we are from august filers.good luck to both of us!!!!!

To me seem as though the office that was handling your case sent it to another office.. sometimes fied office help to help meet quota. Other thing I could think of is that the case was just tranf. to the appropriate office that will not process your case file.

at first they send the papers to CSC then last Nov 2, we recieved e mail that they transferred the papers to TSC and now we recieved another letter again and they said INITIAL Review...thats why im confused about it. or maybe you are right also they send the papers to appropriate office then..thank you for your reply..God bless us.
