Good day to you all VJ member,,,,i hope everyone here is doing well.i have a question here which i need your help...I am a Ghanaian living in Bulgaria,i met my USC woman online and we wanted to get married,i will like to know if she can visit me in Bulgaria so we get married or do i have to come back to Ghana for us to get married,,any help will be really appreciated ....

Hello VJ members....i have got married with my USC wife is 2011 and we have our NOA1 and NOA 2 approved,and we are at the NVC now,,,we have paid our AOS and now remain our IV fee.... and its about one and half year now i and my USC are in a big fight we are not talking anymore...please i know this is very stupid,can i have an attorney or someone to proceed with this process for me without my USC wife .

VJ am here Again...My problem here is i have paid my AOS fee in may last year..and up till now i have not yet paid my IV fee...i will like to know will i have a problem if i dont pay till may this year?please i really need help.

Yes, that's correct. The visa fees were reduced on Friday, April 13th. It's not $404 anymore.

Hello to everyone,i know this is a strange question,but please i need your answers,i married a USC,we filled for a CR1 visa,about 11 month this did not get well with both of us,we got separated,but we have not filled for a divorce yet.The thing now is,i have found a new love online,she is from the USA and will be coming in the summer,please i will like to know if i can change my information,which is my passport,my name and and all necessary document and file for again,please any advice will help..Thank you.

this is stupid,but i need ur help.i married my USC wife and we did the K3 process and our case is with NVC now,Now that am talking to you my USC is not happy with me,she is not talking to me no more,she said she does not want me anymore,but i have been asking her for divorce but she does not care about divorce,please i will like to know if there is a way that i can do so that my process will go on for me to get to the state without my USC involving in it,please just need advice....

please is about 3 weeks now and my IV as not been generated yet,and also my DS3032 as been accepted...Please what should i do??

Please it has been about 3 weeks now since i paid my AOS,i have waited and waited for my IV to be generated,when i call the NVC a woman told me i can go on and make the paymet...i thought th IV is going to show the same was like the AOS showed...so please if it right how can i make the payment...if not what should i do..please help me out....

Go to NVC sign in page.. If it shows paid then you can pring the cover letter out and send your AOS package..
