Hey Dee, I just realized that our NOA2s come with an expired date. So, the embassy has got to hurry up. My experiration date is 06/10 and I don't believe they will go close to that date which means, early May would be most likely good for me and late april for you. They have to tell you something especially if you both answered the questions properly. in the mean time think of anything that would make your case questionable. I knew of similar situation where the questions were answered differently at the embassy for a CR-1 case. The marriage was real though and a few months after they got the visa.

There should be some explanation to this,if your relationship is real they can not turn you down. by the way,did they requested that you go to haiti for this duo interview? this is procedure is used for the CR1 visa sometimes. Like I said, make sure your relationship is real. In case they deny you, you will be able to fight it but will take time.Just keep me posted, I might be able to help.

Yes, I got it in the mail yesterday and yes NVC already sent the files to haiti. Now I guess I have to wait for the package, right!!!

I have heard people talking about NVC took weeks before forwarding their casess abroad, or they could not get their new case #. Mine was aapproved on the 10th, already sent to NVC and left to haiti on the 17th. would you agree that was fast?

Thanks, I have not even received any notice in the mail yet, not even an email or text. They updated from initial review to post activity on the website also saying that on 2/10 they mailed me an approval notice blah blah blah! So , how long before I can get the new file # from nvc? I need it so i could update it on my new package that I'm sending to haiti soon.

I had no idea we were qualified for expedite. GhLove, the girl whose fiance from Ghana emailed me about it. I will have been waiting for 4 month as of February 6th.

I'm happy for you. I just requested an expidite for my girl on the 28 based humanitarian purpose. I was told that I should hear from them in a week. Would you be able to give me some light on the processes after the approval? I seems that every country has its own requirements.
