    hey guyz... im so confusing.. y is it some others got coa, or ds3032.. we are same category, f2a. but they filed like sept.2010, dec.2010. nov2010. march 2010. got received from nvc.. but me my pd is oct2010. i only received is my case number letter..... huhuhuhuh an all of them are done doing fees, submitted requirements.. what shud i do? i called nvc and they told me ur pd is october 2010. we processed the 2008. and the visa is not available..... please help me..!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! =)

    Maybe it depends where service center you file the application...

    Thank God the VB moved for 4 months!!! My PD is just 2 months away from the current PD, my PD is September 2008... I just hope that at the end of this month we could receive an appointment letter for Sept. interview, this would be a great gift for my little girl's bday (she just really wish to spend her special day(October 6) with his Papa)...This might be her 1st time to celebrate her bday with his father. Continue praying VJ friends...God Bless us all!!!

    I took our passports back because i had to renew them plus my daugther and i booked for a singapore trip that time.i think u have to call the embassy if ur passport's still with them so that they can make arrangements with st.lukes since ur getting ur medicals done again.we'll be having our medicals done two weeks from now with our new passports and our appoinment letter from nvc.retrogression happened in the jan2011 VB despite the fact that our case was completed sept 28, 2010.Have ur papers ready like nbi,w2, documents,the ds with the part I and II,pictures,and supporting docs :)

    you took back ur passport from embassy or from St. Lukes? our case completed last October 2010 and we are one of those hoping to receive appointment letter in mid of December but retrogression came out... All those documents are needed during the interview?

    I'm also a member in that forum and i just assume that ur Jaymien because of ur PD which i can never forget for i know that u almost got ur interview letter but retrogression happen and ur PD is just how many days aways from Jan. 2008...

    I joined that forum before retrogression happen. We are one of those who are badly affected with the retrogression... correct me if i'm wrong, you also undergo advance medical in St. Lukes, right? Me too took an advance medical, i just want to know what do i need to do if ever i receive my appointment letter. My passport is already there in St. Lukes... and obviously my first medical already expire... Thanks in advance

    I hope so, my PD is Sept. 2008, i'm still positive that i will have an interview appointment by Oct. coz my PD is just how many months away from yours. if u don't mind me asking, are u Jaymien of Girltalker?

    Khani i think u will recieve your appointment letter by next month!!! Someone here from the Philippines received her appointment letter last May 27, 2011 and her PD is Jan. 2008 and one member from another forum also receive an appointment letter that same day with a PD of Feb. 2008,both of them have an interview date of July. That means that the July Visa Bulletin will bring a good news for us... Goodluck to you Khani!!!

    Hi everyone!i am from the Philippines and my category is f2a with a PD of jan2008. On may 27th,NVC emailed me my appointment letter dated for july 18,2011.

    I called nvc and talked to a live operator and told me to just follow instructions stated in the letter.hope this gave a spark of hope to everyone :)

    My PD is Sept. 2008 and i'm hoping that by october i can also have may appointment letter..

    firstly the current priority date is july 07..so how can this person have an interview..as priority date has to be current..??

    secondly is this case from vietnam? maybe this is a consulate specific thing??

    help..anyone???

    yeah i know current PD is August 2007 but the thing is NVC email the interview letter in advance according to the next visa bulletin... A good example of this is "Mitch" one of our VJ member here with a PD of July 2007, she recieve her interview letter last April 28,2011 and during that time the current PD is June 2007... Her interview will be on June 28, 2011...

    the person confirmed that her case is 100% F2A, that is why i'm hoping that the VB for July will move forward up to 6 months (fingers crossed) based on her priority date which is Feb 2008... Let just wait and see... we are just few days away from the next visa bulletin... Good luck to all of us!!!

    I just visit the site, and yes a member name "Sen" from that forum got an interview appointment for July and her priority date is Feb 2008... And even confirmed that she/he is 100% under F2A category... If that's the case then we are really looking forward for a 6 months movement in Visa Bulletin for July... Goodluck to all of us!!!     hello,,need help,,about sa fb2 visa..kasi napass na namin lhat ng reqts nung july 2010 pa at nbyad na ng petitioner ung mga fees,,,until now may 2011 inaantay pa nmn ung schedule for interview,,,how long it will take b?priorty date nmn is aug2001,,,pls pm me..thanks

    Hi!!! Many of us here are still waiting for an interview appointment, as for my case i'm F2A and my PD is September 2008 our case completed last October 2010 and now we are still waiting for our priority date to be current, in June 2011 Visa Bulletin the current date for F2A is August 2007. That is why i need to wait for my PD to be current...

    As for ur case, u will also need to wait for ur PD to be current too... F2B in June 2011 visa bulletin is June 08, 2000. Keep an eye on the monthly visa bulletin for you to know the latest update on the priority dates...

    hmm well his date is current since the VISA BULLITEN IN IS jan 08. Thats why he got a interview. MY WIFE IS 2008 APRIL, any idea when i will get a INTERVIEW???

    Yeah i know his PD is current in January Visa Bulletin and i'm pretty sure that he will not get an interview for Feb. if his PD is not current anymore in Feb. because that happened to many of us here... Like me my case completed last October 22 and my PD is Sept. 2008, i'm expecting to receive an appointment letter last Dec. for a January interview but because my PD is not current this January i failed to receive an appointment...

    anyone LPR who file i-130 for spouse...

    Thanks to Almighty , I have received my Interview date today in Feb. Here is my info-

    PD: Aug 2007

    CC: 14 Dec 2010

    SIF: 21 Dec 2010

    Interview : 16 Feb 2011

    Please pray for us, so that there will be no more delays like AP.

    I am specially thankful to -mitch- , because of this thread. It helped me a lot to keep my hope. Mitch, hope that u will get the feb date also, bcoz u have earlier PD than me.

    1 Question : I have already submitted following original docs to NVC - POlice Certificate, Marriage Cert, Birth Cert. Do i need to arrange those original docs again and take with me for Interview?

    This is a good news for us all!!! This means that Feb. visa bulletin will not retrogress anymore because they will not give u an appointment for Feb. 2011 if your priority date is not current by Feb., right? This really brings a new hope and a new beginning this year.... May all our PD be current soon... God Bless us all!!!
