    Hi Everyone.. just wanna ask a question about co-sponsoring cos I have me a cousin who has a pending case In Manila US Embassy. The Consular officer iis asking for a co-sponsor, my question is....is it okay that my husband will be the co-sponsor... what are the procedures to be the co-sponsor? does it involved spending money?

      I can tell you what i know of it. Your husband must make enough to cover his household and the person being sponsored. He must make 125% more then the poverty level for household. He just needs to fill out a I-134 with his tax transcripts. There is no money involved but being a co sponsor then makes you responsible for them for 10 years.       after 5 months sa USCIS, iforward nila sa NVC(Dept of State)and then the NVC will send it to Manila US embassy.Manila USEM will send letter that they have received ur papers and u can schedule for interview bu calling call center.

    hi teh rose .. ok lang... sa february pa man me mag file ug application ky sa feb pa man sya muanhe. teh is it really necessary nga 2 years nami sa sa akong uyab ayha maka file ug K1?

    he is from washington united state te.. ateh lang ako tawag sa imo teh ha .. im still 22 pa man sad.. he will be here this coming february but 3 weeks ra xa dinhe and i think its not enough time to process the K1 visa. kinahanglan jud naay abogado ani teh ky kulang man jud xa sa time.. unsa manang NOA? whats that all about ? unsa you first step paa apply sa K1 nisa teh ?
