      yesss!!! we received the NOA2 and apparently they sent our files to France, I quit my job 3 month ago and came in the US to be with Judd, couldn t stand waiting on the otheer side of the ocean for nothing!! sorry about the RFE for you, send them too much stuff so that they won t ask you for more! good luck!

    I m getting worry now because we are not on "post decision activity" case? we still haven t got anything, I think I might have got a bit too optimistic...

    I received on the website https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do the message "On November 17, 2010, your document I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was processed and mailed to the address on record."

    So I guess it s the NOA2? I haven t received any papers yet though.. You should checked your case on that website and call them if you haven t received anything?

    I applied in September and though I will have to do everything before December.. now I will move back to France.. don t know how things will work. Any experience sharing or advices will be welcome
