Interview is tomorrow morning at 7:45 am (Denver time). We are ready but have to admit i am a bit nervous (for no reason)

No Advance Parole or EAD yet. But i did get a "Request for Applicant to Appear for Initial Review". One more request for information, this process is long, hard and redundant, good thing i am in love. LOl

The holidays probably did slow things down. I figured that your EAD/AP should have been in your hands already. Because I couldn't see my case online I had to call to get any information. I asked for a tier 2 rep because the first person that I would talk to first could only see what I saw and that was nothing. Fingers crossed that yours comes soon! How is your Mom doing? The interview is a breeze. Take a little photo album of some wedding pics and pictures taken since of the 2 ...

waiting for EAD advance parole is killing me. I applied for an Expedite of my parole based on my mothers sickness, but i am not optimistic that there will be any expedition of my case

Biometrics completed this week in Denver on Nov 8th. well organized office, i was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Notification came by email and text " Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)" woooooooooo hooo one more step

well alot has happend since my last update. I was approved and left the day after my Visa Arrived for the USA. Entered at Holten, Maine with my car and Uhaul trailer. No issues at the border, just took about an hour. Then i drove to Denver, and was married on September 17. After the honeymoon in California, i worked on filing my AOS. And that is where i am now.
