  1. hi people, how are you doing :)

everyday i check site with hope i will find out something helpful, your experience is very important, but i see you stay on same place, it means nobody care about

    us.

we were denied almost 1 year ago. my husband and me have discussed and decided to wait for pardon, but we have to wait 4 years before he will be able to apply pardon process.

have you heard about pardon, how helpful is getting pardon? if you have any experience or you heard about please share it with

    me.:)

  2. You really need to sue, if they sent you an approval but wont let it go further! They cant just throw your application in a bin and wait for someone to write guidelines . Thats insane! Sounds like its time to lawyer up , just make sure to use a good one!

hi all, our case was denied in June 29, 2011. then we tried to get visitor visa for me, but they denied it too. now we are going to start new process with new attorney, i think our old case was not strong enough. we found out about pardon, but we were told that my husband will be able to apply after 10 years since his crime. it is just 6. we are not going to give up. we will fight for our happiness.

  3. Isn't the VJ website full of tolerant intelligent people? instead of helping her with her case, you all spend time blasting her for her choice in who she wants to be with or marry. Its not for anyone to judge, its her decision Its better to help her and everyone else on this forum and keep negative opinions to yourself.

 some people can just bla bla bla, i stopped to post here, because i don't want that some person who thinks he is very smart, write something stupid here, every one has own life and everyone wants to have second chance for happiness.

  4. call the uscis customer service number. 1-800-375-5283. don't remember the numbers you puch but choose the option for case status, then the option for reporting a problem, that will get you to the first tier of customer service. If you are past 6 months they will probably do a service request for you. make sure you write down the confirmation number of the request... they lost mine

    AND... contact your congressman!!!!

thank you so much and good luck

  5. you call the 1800 number, and you tell them that you need to file a service request, because you are outside normal processing times. They will ask you few questions, then they will be able to tell you if you are eligible yet, or you have to wait few more days or may be weeks.

hi friends i am interested too about servise request, sorry i don't understand phone number, can you explain again?

  6. hi friends, i read your posts every day and share each happiness of approval. now i need advice. our case status is RFE, our attorney called USCIS and was told that it needs more time for processing. my fiance's (USC) daughter has wedding in July 1th, they want me to be there, also she sent me wedding invitation. my question is, have i chance to get guest visa? i am confused, i want try, but i don't want to do something wrong.

    your opinion is very important

  7. I've had an attorney from the start, my RFE response was received Back in May of 2010 , so its been almost 1 year since they got my response. Its a very long wait, im expecting another year wait or more at this point.

Ive already moved to my wifes country, they can screw around and take all the time they want at this point

i am sorry you have to wait so long, we are in same boat. i still hope they won't delay to make decision. it is very important, coz if they deny our case we must decide what to do for future. they just spend part of our life.

it is very good you moved in your wifes country, i think it is the best evidence for USCIS:)

    good luck and big happiness

  8. Did you send the RFE response? Once they receive it you should get a notice or status change online to Response Review or something like that.

yes, they recieved our RFE response in January 25, our case status is Response Review. i am waiting for decision, hope they won't delay.

how is about your case? nothing news? what is your case status? did you hire an attorney?

    good luck

  9. if you go to the top of this page, youll see a category called immigration timeline, after you click that youll see a selection for igor's list. Its the status of all cases one visajourney. Its really nice to get a understanding on whose already been aapproved by dates. when did you file?

we filed in February 2010!!! now our case status is RFE i hope our decision will be in second part of April.

  10. Well, today is the 5th month for me and still no NOA2  Vermont is supposidly still in Semtember filers, thats what the lady told me...she said it would probably be another 62 days before I hear anything. :bonk: But,september filers look already taken care of and it looks like there halfway through with october filers. im seeing november filers getting approved on Igor's list too so I hope im up next or veryy soon!! fingerss crossedddd!!!

i am sure you hear from them soon. tell me please what is Igpor's list?

  11. But I am still confused, if you are the US Citizen and you say you are not looking for a job you probably should have a co-sponsor for the I-134 affidaivit of support cause you're fiance will have to show you can support her/him in the US.

i am not US citizen, my fianse is. i am in Georgia Republic, here i lost job and i don't looking for different, coz my fiance, who lives in America helps me and sends money every month.

  12. 1. When you first log into the Case Status page on the USCIS site, there is a column, Last Updated. If that date changes we are calling it a touch. However it is quite meaningless to try to read anything into that.

Its not clear from your question 2 whether you are the US Citizen or not? You say you are not looking for a job to me implies that you are the foreign fiance who will interview at the consulate? If thats the case the consulate will send you a packet. But before that, as it comes closer to your interview time you can do things like get you birth certificate and police reports from places you lived for more than 6 months, divorce certificates etc.

Then there are forms that you will have to fill out for the emabassy. You can find out which forms are required be checking the embassy website. The forms for the embassy are available at the DOS site. http://travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html

You will also have to do a Medical Exam and your U.S. fiance should send you an I-134 Affidavit of support before the interview. Oh and your fiance should also send you a copy of the I-129F package he sent to USCIS, including originals of the proof of meeting and ongoing relationship evidence for the interview.

thank you for replay, yes i am still waiting for NOA2

    Good Luck!

  13. how are you guys?

i have question and hope someone get me advice.

    1. how i can understand that my case was touched?

    2. i was working when we sent our 1-129f but i am not working now and not looking for new job because i am waiting for finish of my case, how you think i must correct my papers in USCIS?
