    I have not heard of other people's experience with the service request. I think maybe I just got lucky. I was 100% respectful with the representative which probably helped. I had to wait 21 days AFTER the 6 month mark before I could even file a service request. My advice is to just keep trying... even if they tell you to keep waiting. Good luck my friend!
