I got an email from NVC July 27th. They set up an interview date of September 7. That is way too early for me and Maggie as we want to stay in the Philippines until Spring next year. So it is a bit of a hassle but seemingly nothing too complicated.....hopefully! I do not know when they shipped my package out. I still have to find that out. Andyrew

Hey! Did not file my DS-230 yet. I am waiting for the hard copy from my wife in the Phil. along with a color copy of her passport and NBI clearance. She sent it June 14 express mail. I had the AOS approved. I am tracking the mail she sent.

I guess I have to wait for my spouse to fill out the Choice of Agent before I can make the AOS payment
