my k1 already proccess like 1year 1month now,

so many hard went thru,

and now still nothing

sometime they just pushing u to give up by give u nothing

i do understand the co dont have too much time

but think about since the day they ensure you the interview time

you always have time to papering,the co too

and also the NVC sent case to embassy

embassy need time to review then sent u interview time

it almost got 1 month,

by guess the couple is true or not with some simply question

hardly tell, even some co is very exprience,still

love stuff is not something easy that u can just make a decision by some questions

and thats why k1 proccess takes like 6-1year

but they didnt do a good job or maybe they got boring about this job

they began to fool with it,mess up real couple's feeling

and send fraud one into usa

im from china, i know how the most prof agency who help people do the k1

if you r fake,they also can help u, even the phone record,chat history

everything can make it up, USC dont wanna call ,ok easy,let him use his name to get a phone number

then give to them, they will call you daily,USC dont wanna spend time on chat,ok,easy, they will chat with u

say loving word,video chat,but even that, thats still fake

if anyone spend time on chat history which the applicant sent

im sure, even the most stupid people in this world will find out which one is fake which one is real

the loving word say it with love is different

and im sure all the co in embassy might not all married,but they r do in love once or more

or if they r really so exprience,why still got fraud one into usa?

that clearly to say the way they work now is not right

they r lazy,with long proccess,should no problem,

but how many fraud into usa ?? from what i know, A LOT

its so hard, hard to went thru those day without anything,any info from them

This is a pain to deal with. Getting married right away will NOT solve any thing nor does it provide any more room for an approval. Away the receipt of the case and as suggested have the petitioner contact the DOS and get clearer details of the denial / why case was returned. Knowing these things will be important to a successful CR1 interview.

yes i think so! getting married is not perfect way to sovle this problem

and we will try to win on k1

coz apply another petition mean need to pay a lot again

considerate about our economy situation ,its better we win on one petition

of course if we have to apply CR1, then have to

I have exactly same sitiuation i have gone through embassy interview on 21s Oct VO told me to submitt some docs and gave me 221g in first interview and she told me she want to talk to me when i come back to submitt it, but when i went to embassy for submitting my docs she was not available and clerk told me we will let you know.....after many days of emailing i found my case has been sent back to USCIS for possible revocation,,,,,,........since then i have been keep on cal NVC and USCIS they do not have my case yet and embassy says it is in transit i guess they sending by pegion way..., my fiancee mum contacted to seneator and they have taken our details and are checking with USCIS or whome so ever i m not sure lady told to my fiancee mum they do get these kind of request everyday do not worry he will get visa but it gonna take a while i m just hoping, and trust me US embassies ain't gud for any......

our situlation is same,but im from china, here is high fraud country and got a lot of spy sending to usa by government

from what i think in those long time, im 22 now, i can speak 4 languages,and recently it got news talk about a girl who is a spy but now wanna quit

so my family think they keep doubt me, it might becoz of they think i have possiblity to be a spy

thats what i think about my case,they r afraid i marry him is for getting some infos which im not

coz i went to 2 interview, they can just deny me at the second one, but they didnt, they want uscis to give the decision

my case maybe more difficult than yours, you r not from china

and the white paper i got from embassy, they even didnt said dont believe our relationship

we contacted senator since the first interview, but they never told us that we will got visa just gonna take a while

so until now uscis still dosent have your case yet right???

The whole situation is confusing and over my head. Can't figure out what happened. It seems the OP also had similar experience with CO attitude in France. Maybe they need a consultation with a lawyer for some specific guidance on their case.

OP - did you have any new evidence to submit since your last interview?

we send a lot of proof after our case got suspened in france,i send it as soon as i back home from interview

and for the second interview, like i said, the vo even didnt ask see anything, just give me the result

i do talked with a laywer, and he did said that he can help us,but need to pay 4000 dollars

we dont have that much money, then i give up to use lawyer

we will fight with emabssy without lawyer

coz no matter what, we r real, truly in love, our situation not allow us to use lawyer with those big money

I had similar situation like yours before. But it was when I applied B2 visa (tourist visa). They never looked up at a bunch of documents that I brought to consulate (bank statements, insurance policy, my credit card statements, etc.etc.etc). The CO lady - my guess- already decided when read," I am going to visit my boyfriend" on my form. They had issued 221(g) as well, but it was green paper. In my consulate website says," they are not refused my visa but waiting additional documents to bring in later". So, I have no idea whether your case is denial or pending to wait more additional documents.

yesterday was my 2nd interview,1st one was in france, coz fo my residence will be finished, so i transfer my case back to china

and yesterday i went to that interview, was a american man,he only ask me 2 question

1: when did you back to china ( Oct-3)

2: did he come to china to see u after you r here ? ( no, i was only back here for 1 month,no chance)

then ok, we cant give you the visa, and your case will be send back to uscis

then i asked: so you deny me !?

VO; no, not deny, send back to uscis i dont wanna handle your case anymore

everythig finish in 1min, and i was took 21h on train to go to Guangzhou,and thats how he done the interview

i read a lot here, i know they will send petition back only whem embassy deny it,but he said its not deny,

and the white paper i got it wrote :

we sent petition at december, i got the NOA2 at july

and i had 2 interview, why it happening like this????

we already let senator involved since our case got suspened in france

and after i got the result yesterday, my baby already contact senator office again,they will start to check

Im reading all this and realizing maybe she doesnt just mean suspended maybe its in AP until the new evidence is reviewed etc. Because GOD knows... AP IS SUSPENSION... in a way anyhow...

She is giving you an option to get new evidence of your relationship to them... they DID NOT DENY YOU!!!!! IF they were going to deny you they would have simply said denied on the spot... case closed. Your case is still open and waiting for you to proceed with the new evidence. When they receive this it may take a few days to weeks to review so yes your case will be hanging until they decide at that time.. This is actually good news... as you did not get denied... if your love is strong and this is the man you want to be with the rest of your life then I suggest getting back up off the floor and dusting yourself off and knowing you have a valid relationship whether or not the CO sees it or is having a bad day.

Immigration is a tough road and some of us know it better than others. My husband is from pakistan so we know the first hand treatment of all beneficiaries from certain countries are considered fraud... but our job is to prove them wrong... to show them to make them understand in that short hour long moment we have to prove what we have in our hearts for our loved ones. IT's not fair but it's understandable... we had a lot of proof emails, chats, letters cards phone records gift receipts pictures of us together and together with sooooo many other ppl at different functins and our wedding and reception but you know.. they looked at about 10 pictures... they didnt read about us wanting to start a family, they didn't read about how we wanted to put money aside so we can buy him a car, they didnt read about our small disgreements that all married couples have or the ones about how we long to be together and don't care if its here or there just anywhere we can be together... in that small moment of time we have a lot to prove. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it needs more proof.

Think of this as on hold until they can review your new documents. STay strong, stay focused on what you and your fiance want, stay faithful this will work out and you will be able to overcome this. Wishing you best of luck!!!!

I guess I don't understand why it was suspended and they didn't simply request more info, I mean she wrote on her application that it was suspected that it was for the sole purpose of immigration. I'm really surprised this happened if she sent in evidence already.

Look, consular officer can ask for more proof of relationship if she/he deems what they submitted is not enough and doesn't show a true relationship - that's why they got asked for more proof and not denied. It's on the applicant and beneficiary to provide the information and convince the visa officer they have a bonafide relationship.

I see a lot of things thrown out by the OP blaming the co but all I get is she had an attitude with visa officer and the person dug more into the file. Where was the petitioner, why wasn't he there with OP? OP has been a member for close to a year, she never thought to drop by Chinese regional forum and ask hey, what do we need for interview, China consulates are not easy on K-1 visa applicants?

Isn't there a way you can file a complaint against this person? Request that someone else interview you? I don't know how these things work but it seems very unfair and I don't see a reason why she would deny you. I believe she was having a bad day; I don't think it's a good idea to give up, even if he is move to where you're at for a while, get married and try again for the CR-1.

YES the senators can help with the visa. something is strange about this, i think the officer who interviewed you had a VERY bad day and she was trying to make the people as miserable as she was. dont give up. NEVER give up, there's always hope and if you two fight with all your weapons there's no way you wont succeed. two heads always think better than one

i met my faincee online 6 years back and i m worried and bit nervouws after reading your case but i will try my best..coz she has been waiting so badly for me.

and now here is the real thing.if they need more evidence provide as much as you can give them letters from your families and his families as well.

My relationship to the petitioner is father/sister/best friend since 1996. I did meet the fiance on (date), (date), and (date), at which point they informed me of their decision to marry. I have known of their relationship since it began in (date)." In addition to the smaller printed photo on the letter, I included a full-size, actual photograph of the same image.

The notarization is proof that the person signing the document, provided legal identification at the time.

I think it's probably also a good idea to get your fiance to request assistance from his elected officials.

Yes it is possible. But if they are still not satisfy then you can get a lawyer to fight it or give up the k-1 and start again with the CR-1.

If the information you sent still not satisfy the VO then you would need to marry and file CR-1.

What evidence of your relationship did you send in with the petition? Did you submit any additional evidence at the interview. What exactly (not what you think it says) does the sheet you were given say?
