Hey dont really think u need to stress yourself, the documents i submitted when i filed for my hubby are Form 1-130 with my biography form and that of my hubby,my proof of citizenship,our marriage certificate,our son birth certificate,transfer from my hubby account to my account showing transfer and western union transfer showing co-mingling of finance.we got approved in 4months. save your breath for the notorious u.s consulate in naija.Also,check www.uscis.gov and click on FAMILY OF U.S.CITIZENS read and follow d instructions which are very simple.

Application Process: Green Card (Permanent Residence)

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

Proof of your U.S. citizenship

Evidence of the qualifying relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.)

Please, i am unemployed for now,my joint sponsor with 3 household member have a total income and asset equall 22,700usd annually, will this be sufficient please. Also been unemployed, will this affect the AOS or rather our application,moreover what are d required documents to be submitted along with d AOS as it was returned after being assessed due to insufficient documents. this stage is getting me nuts i need an advice pleeeeeaaaase

PLEASE HELP,our AOS WAS RETURNED AS INSUFFICIENT, CAN WE USE A JOINT SPONSOR BASED IN ANOTHER STATE OTHER THAN MY STATE OF RESIDENCE.URGENT

You dont need to bother yourself about the form again as its in process, next time write the preffered name and write the unused name at the OTHER NAMES USED column and dats fine, also if theres gonna be any RFE for such error, make sure you have a kind of affidavit or document backing up the name change in advance, your beneficiary will definitely need this at interview also. very important good luck

my spouse filling 1-130 for me has not been working for a while and she might not be working by the time our case reaches the nvc, pls how can she sort this affidavit of sponsor 1-864 out as unemployed.

realised i will need to be financial sponsor for my husband,no job for some time now.in case i am unemployed when i reach the 1-864 affidavit of sponsorship stage what can i do.pls help
