I don't think the fact that Joe owes back taxes matters a whole lot. Or whether or not he's personally professionally licensed yet.

What I do think matters is simply this.

If you as a small business owner have an adjusted gross income of $250,000 or more, you are doing mighty fine. That extra van you said you wouldn't buy because you might be taxed on it? I want some of what you are smoking if you expect me to believe that. If your business is growing at that rate, you ARE going to buy the van. Why not? You'll be able to depreciate it. And you won't hire that extra employee? More nonsense. His wages are a deduction.

Taxable income of $250,000 or more has ALLOWED for the small business owner to write off all the things Joe the Plumber supposedly won't do if he might be taxed at a higher rate. Trickle-down economics always fails to mention that one aspect of white-bread economics that drives pure capitalism - if I as a business man can increase my bottom line, I will. It is patently ridiculous to fall for the notion that a business person won't take on an expense that they can FULLY DEDUCT or DEPRECIATE in order to avoid potential PARTIAL taxation of the gain from that investment.

Perhaps they'll rope him into the Sarah Palin porn movie.

Last night I hear Obama say over and over that 95% of "working Americans"

we going to get a "tax cut".

How is that even possible when 30% of working Americans already don't pay any federal

taxes now.

In fact, many of them, rather than pay taxes, they actually get a refund (*called Earned income credit). It's actually a give-away than a tax refund.

So if 30% of working folks aren't even paying taxes now... How are they gonna get a Reduction in taxes?

Oh my god Danno you are doubting the messiah, how could you? Before the debate Obama stated that five years ago he had a 3 bedroom condo and could barly get by on what he was making. I went up on the internet to see if Obama posted his tax returns. Well he made a little above $240,000 for the year. Amazing he could not make it on his salary. We are in big trouble if you ask me. Lets tax everyone above 250,000 yea right!!

He could not live on what he was making 5 years ago..... Oh that was Obama himself saying that, gues what he made at least 240,000 for the year according to his own tax returns.... I wish I could make that much in one year!

I recently filed for a AOS for my wife from a K3. It was sent to Missouri and when I go up looking at the time line for Missouri I cannot find a I485 AOS so where do I look??

They really don't need to when their Government and Army will do it for them.

I am wondering if anyone knows what we have to bring with us when we are told to report to the local immigration office to get my wife's EAD. We finally recieved a letter tellng us to report next week to get my wife's EAD after waiting for 3 months and some change.
