aww im having a hard time scheduling online seems like my payment made this morning hasnt updated at USem yet.

@mhayo..This is scott. I had the same problem with scheduling. Online says something like payment not recieved or activated. Angent said not activated. I was using the reciept number as asked by the website. The agent said that i could use the reciept number or annie's passport number in the reciept number field. I tried online 5 minutes later using annie's passport number and it allowed me to schedule. So try using your passport number as the reciept number.
