My question is the following :

My case is @ NVC and is on the process, just received emails regarding payments of $ 88.00 and 404.00.

My lawyer told me that i need a co sponsor ?

I am not working right now and have not for the last 7 months i went to Algeria and stayed after getting married with my wife for 5 months and now without a job since i came back, but i am about to start working soon,

My question is I always worked, this the first time without a job ! what a bummer, it happened just when you need to be working !

Anyway my last W2 for 2007/2008/2009 have made over $ 50.000 / year, do you think that would be enough evidence?

With a letter of work when i get this new job?

I would rather not ask a co sponsor , can i go without it ?

I was just wondering if my wife can travel with her maiden name passeport once it is all approved , and can her visa stamp be on that passeport?

Because it a Hassle to get a new one with my last name as her husband..

Her maiden name passeport is valid untill 2014.
