    This is amazing. The Bogota embassy has three (3) ways now to not put your call through. 1. "All circuits are busy." 2. "La línea se encuentra ocupada." And last but not least, 3. "Colombian ring tone for a solid two minutes before you realize it's not actually going through to anyone."

      The good news is I got through. The bad news is I was put back on hold by the receptionist for about 30 minutes, before I was hung up on.
