    Thanks, unfortunately we had to request an expedite due to extreme emergent situation / humanitarian. if i were to offer advice i would look at the facts re your case, see if you have any special circumstances. if not, make your senator aware of your case, and also drop vermont an email from time to time. VT is pretty quick though :)
