      that would be good sign, at least they are working on your case.. what they asked u on RFE? I am an August filer and still waiting for any action from VSC.

    Hello mga sisters, Yes we got the NOA2.On February 25,2011 the USCIS sent a notice to my fiance's that they approved our petition

      we dont know yet, we may get RFE and that would be better at least we'll know they're looking on our case(grrrr) What they asked from you on RFE? I hope we get it soonest...

    Praise God! I received my email stating my case status had been update to visit the site. I went to the site and it said my NOA2 has been approved, I give God all the glory. What a way to end the week. Lets stay in faith guys God is working it all out. He's a GOOD God! Trust & believe!

      WHAT? did i hear it right, 10 months? OMG!!! what's goin on to them, is't in Vermont? we're going to be on our 7months of waiting by March 16, it's not funny anymore:(

      i dont know what they are tryin to do on our case or they may put it in a trash! how could other petitioner's approved so quick while others are waiting forever, is 5months isn't enough them to do it? oh what special on us to be left behind...

      tnx guys... he will call back again tomorrow at USCIS... it takes million years to get a person to talk, kainis talaga we never expect umabot until now. He called last January, they said to wait 25 days, 1 month na, wala namang result!
