rich g-we're still trying to call our lawyer to confirm when will be the estimated month for our interview.. ill update you if we will be able to call him this week.

jhilly- i really dont know bout the steps because the lawyer take care of that, the only thing that they send us is our receipt-dated march 29, and our petition was approved-sept 21. we're on NVC stage now..

hi. our NOA 2 was approved on Spet. 29 and I got the AOS and IV bill both together on Oct. 21. we fill out the DS-230 along time ago and i sent it to my lawyer and he sent it to NVC once I pay the IV bill and AOS bill. now i am waiting for an interview date. I seen some people wait 90-100 days after the NOA 2 was approved to get an interview date. The NVC will email you about the date.

sis fiance ko nghire ng lawyer sa US, pinadala ko lang mga documents then i waited mga 5 months dumating dito ung NVC letter ba yun yung eligibility to make an appointment interview, =)
