  1. HELP US PLEASE !!!!!!!! I met my Filipino fiance on a website on March 1, 2011. I flew to the Philippines and entered the country on January 2, 2012 and stayed with Caren for 4 months. I then returned to the USA on April 25, 2012 and hired an immigration attorney to help with all the papers needed. A relationship letter was called an intent to marry letter. Both of us had out letters signed and dated on the same day and submitted to the USCIS. Passport stamps, boarding passes, Photo's, even a few YM chats were included.

I was assured by my attorney everything was fine. So I returned to the Philippines on November 6, 2012 to be with Caren as we waited for approval. USCIS approved us March 6, 2013. I had to return to the USA on May 8, because my mother was admitted to the hospital. Caren's interview was a week later on May 15th. SHE WAS TOLD SHE WAS APPROVED. THE EMBASSY TOOK AND KEPT HER PASSPORT TO ATTACH THE VISA. She was told 2-3 weeks till she actually had her visa in hand.

3 weeks later and nothing. We contacted the embassy via email and calls only to find out that our case was returned to the USCIS for disposition.. Some lame excuse about not enough proof of a relationship. How can there be any question when I proved I was there 4 months, then returned for another 6 months. I called the USCIS with her MNL #, name and birthday info, and they have no record yet that it has been returned!!!!!!!! ####### is going on? They asked what the letter of denial said? WE NEVER GOT A LETTER OF DENIAL!!!!!!!! USCIS said after they get the case back it still takes another 6 MONTHS FOR REVIEW !!!!!

Does anyone have a clue as to what has happened? May as well go to Mexico and sneak accross the border than to be legal and pay the fees. This is rediculous, and it is the government who is at fault. WHAT DO I DO NOW????? I AM FLYING BACK OVER THERE TO BE WITH HER, WE ARE BOTH EXTREMLY UPSET.

Jefferyhays50@yahoo.com Please somebody help us. PLEASE.??????????

  2. My fiance was approved at the Manila Embassy. Then a few days later they kept her passport and sent the case back to the USCIS Vermont Center. My Immigration attorney said this was rediculous. I was in the Philippines on 2 occasions for a total of 10 months. Embassies reason was not enough proof of a realtionship. We submitted everything required and was already accpted a the USCIS . She was approved at the embassy, then they reject it. Is this a mistake on their part or what happened.

    PLEASE EVERYONE....HELP US PLEASE.

    Jefferyhays50@yahoo.com HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. HI everyone, I need some serious help. My fiancee was told at the embasy in Manila she was approved on May 16th, 2013. She could pick up her visa and passport at the nearest 2GO office. After a few days, on the CEAC web site it said her case was being transferred to another consular office. We called and emailed the embassy and found her case was sent back to USCIS Vermont Center. Their reason was not enough proof of a relationship. I was there 10 months and used an immigration attorney.

Has anyone encountered this before, Can anyone help with my case., I have contacted my attorney and sent addional information and contacted my Congressman.

PLEASE RESPOND TO ME....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My attorney said I can return to the Philippines if I want. (I am a missionary to there and plan on returning)

    Thanks

  4. Hello my name is Jeff, I applied to the USCIS and was accepted September 14th 2012 for a k1 visa. We were approved after 6 months. My fiance who is in the Philippines passed her medical at St. Lukes and we scheduled an inteview. She passed her interview and was instructed to expect her visa to the USA in 2-3 weeks. After waiting, we found out that her case was sent back to the USCIS in Vermont! I emailed the embassy as did my Lawyer, my fiance and myself. I called the NVC but was told they are nothing more than a secretary between the embassy in Manila and the USCIS.

Why after being approved and they took her passport and told to expect delivery of her visa in 3 weeks time, but our case was transferred back to the USCIS for further disposition. Can someone please HELP me to know what are the possibilities why this happened. We both meet all requirements, so there is no reason her visa was not issued. WHAT HAPPENED TO US. NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE IS VERY UPSET AS AM I.

i AM PLANNING TO MAKE MY 3RD TRIP BACK TO THE PHILIPPINES JUST TO BE WITH HER AS WE MISS EACH OTHER TERRIBLY.

IT IS NOT FAIR THAT LAW ABIDING CITEZENS ARE TREATED THIS WAY,, WHILE THE ILLEGALS ARE GIVEN THE RED CARPET!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE RELPY TO MY DILEMA, I CAN'T STAND THIS ANYMORE. THE ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE OF THE US GOVERNMENT IS INEXCUSABLE!!!!!!!

    SINCEARLY
