I do not think I could wait 2 more months to be with each other. But I am impatient!!

If you wait till you are married over 2 years then you can enter USA on a IR1 and it is a 10 year card and you do not need money, paperwork or interview.

I have a question guys

there is a friend of mine who got married in Egypt on June 28 2009 from an american woman and his wife left Egypt on July 14 2009 and his wife did not visit him since she left but they kept contacting each other and he got his interview on Nov 22 2011 at the american embassy in Cairo Egypt and at the interview the consular officer told him that she is not convinced that their marriage will be permenant maybe as his wife did not visit him since she left for about 29 months and his wife was married before and got divorced and the consular officer asked him to send proof of relationship like phone bills,pictures, letters and e mails and he sent them pictures , letters and e mails.

my questions are these things ( letters, e mails and pictures ) enough to prove their relationship?? and does the consular officer have right to deny the visa despite the fact that it was approved from NVC??

if the visa is denied what things must be done after that??

plz guys answer my questions as my friend is in a very bad mood and I do not have any idea about this matter .

by the way all the documents needed were submitted and his wife changed her name and got his family name and sumbitted the affidavit of support.

well first of all i think that your friend husband met consular in window # 15 wish im right? second as most of members advice she have to give astrong reasons for not comming all that time ..she can say revoulations in the area and her work plus he couldnt come because he cant get any other kind of visas because he already presented for immgration visa ( her ex marriage has no related and never effected by the way )

so listen carefuly case i passed with same stuipd experience and i was depressed ..you know this is my first time to be here since last october ..i will tell what happen with me ..i went to the interview the conuslar was out of mood and wasnt friendly at all with me or my littel kids although my husband is their biloigical father and he is egyptian origion like me and same religion..after many questions she said i cant approve your case i need more evidances for relationship ...although i have many she doesnt care ...second day my husband sent western union bills.pictures .phone bills ,....etc and we waited for 2 months than she sent my passport back and said she doesnt convinced with relationship and she sent the case back to uscis for final descion thanks god it doesnt take long time for them to receive ..we involoved senator office cause its not logical what she did ...anyway we started for new evidances like the following:

1 credit cards under my name but he is the owner

2 taxes id ..anyone have husband or wife outside of us can present form w7 to get taxes id for him/her to be add to

his taxes and yes anyone can do it for his spouse even he is out of the states

3 he mad life insurance for us ,we are benificary in case of his death

4 i mad him additional visa card through my bank account

5 we bought some stuff under both of our names

so you have to act fast ..cause she may send case back to uscis and it will take hell months like first step before ..try to advice her to make any of those proofs and she have to visit him even month ayear ..act fast to prevent of send case back and i wish to help you or anyone in same situation ...good luck to evryone

we used to meet here in different stages support each other ,now im in different stage as my case sending back to uscis as the consular doesnt convince with reltionship true/valid so if anyone in same boat pls lets support each othere here ......my interview was in august ,me and my kids for my american citzen husband ,she asked for additional documents and we sent her and wait,we contaced the embassy later and they replied us that case is in AP over than 2 months

in october 4 i got my passport back with letter saying that my case back to uscis for final decsion because of A/M reason and they kept my kids passports just was shocked me and my husband ,in anyway they said in the letter that they will not take any action for my case till they get uscis final decsion ,pls if anyone in same position lets share and support and if anyone also passed with same experience share us 2 .....thank u in advance

they didnt denie the case they said they wait for uscis final descion that is why they send it back

Dear /my friends in vj i got the attached letter from the embassy with my passport after AP in over 1 month after interview dated august...etc just wonder what does the consular need more !!!we presnted pictures,western union ,vaction bills ,phone records and he is my kids dad ,they kept my kids passports and send mine with this letter ,pls share we all in ###### mood and very sad and what procedures if anyone pass with somthing like this pls share and tell me what to do ,my husband already contact the lawyer and he said he will send email asking why as he said they must say why ,very strange right i forget to tell u also that me an dmy husband over 40 so what else they need !!!!!!!!.

waiting is just hell ,we are immgrant visa ,im amother with 2 kids we submitted required missing documents next day to our interview and wait and wait ,when we send them 2 days later asking what is update for our cases they said this case is pending administrative processing ....u know what this is since august 15 ..we really so depressed but thanks for sharing your experince ..have anice trip with your family

Im amother with 2 kids and i got same message when we sent asking about our current situation ,i want u try check your case without CRO so put case number without CRO and tell me what did find as although in in AP as they mentioned i check my case without letters and got amessage saying if no unforcess circumstances i should receive my visa during 2 weeks ....i tried my kids number ,guess what ? its not found ...anyway our bad luck put us in this AP although we are family as u see ....so good luck and tell me what did u find okay

hi engo , i know how u fell but en sha allah u will get your passport soon ,well let me tell u what my husband found regarding CRo ....., all our cases in egypt started with CRO okay ,i used to check my case number in the embassy with CRO xxxxxxxxxx. and t show that my case couldnt be found ,something like this okay ,but we remmove CRO and just add the number and guess what ? it gave us abrife message about my case , by the way im not in AP ,just consular at the interview asked for more documents and we sent it to her next day ,my case was review by consular , so u may right by adding CRO before your case casue u know that u in AP ,engo account days without their days off and their us vactions okay , wish to hear good news about u soon

today was avery nice day for me cause finely my friends wendy,Marry and lena got their interview dates ...i know they are happy and im happy 2 for them ,waiting is really hell ,wish u all got approve stright away and have better interview than me , my hubby called dos today and they told him my case is pending ,the funny is when i try my case number in case pending in the embassy page it say this case number not available , so where is my case ,if someone find it pls call me LOL , im joke ,anyway mabrouk my friends im so happy that u finely did ...god less u all and u have my love toooooo

yes she handed me with paper with my name ans case number including sign x meaning required ,3 things ,1 his origional certificate marrige ,2 his origional divorce certifacte marrigae from his ex american wife ,3 more evidances for relationship like emails .phone record ,pictures that is what she aske in the paper and she said send those by dhl to review your case , just wonder what she mean by review ?? although in the mideal of interview she said she cant approve the case without his marrigae and divorce certifacte of his ex ,just wish that she not send me for another interview ......pls share me

thank u to all of you my friends in here , gush it was avery unbelivable day ,first i left at 3am ,to cairo ,arrived at 7 am ,raw for immgation just include 4 persons ,went outside and got number ,called by egyptian lady window number 13 i went in fact she was nice ,arranged documents ...etc and go back to set than finger print window number 7 than the interview window number 15 ,looks like chines or asian woman never smile at all ,she never look to the kids or look friendly ,anyway she aske for more evidances for our relationship like we are tweenty or such stuff like picters even i show her she never care to look and phones record ,chatting ,omg im not young for all that she aske ....anyway she said also she cnt approve the case without more evidances so my husband will send what she aske and lets see ,by the way she keep passports is it good sign ??? what is your poinion guys

My wife had her visa interview yesterday and good news she got approved!!!! I don't think it has settled in with me yet I don't know what to think. I am very happy that I am that much closer to having her in my arms once again.

She arrived early as required by the embassy. They asked her the standard questions whats your husband's name?, where does he work? where are you going? How did you meet?. After the interview was done the interviewer( a lady) took her passport and told her that she will receive the visa after two weeks. She was quite nervous about the interview as she did not know what to expect but it turns out she thought it was easy. We discussed questions they will ask her a couple days before the interview in which helped her prepare for when they ask her those same questions.

I wish everyone the same that is going to have or will have an interview scheduled. I was waiting forever for this day and it finally came alhumduallah. I hope everyone has a great Ramadan.
