We arrived at Miami International and were both directed to go to the United States Citizen line, after I asked the agent where we should go. We arrived August 21st, 2011. It was easy and fast, only international arrival at that time. Thanks for all the posts! Good Luck to all.

Should we both go through the US Citizen side or visitor side? She will be arriving on the k1 visa and I will be with her. I would like to enter with her through the US Citizen side, might be faster, whichever I will need to go with her. As I have read, I am able to go in either side and must accompany her. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

USCIS can go suck an egg. They increase fees and in return, to those desperately waiting to be together with their loved ones, do nothing to get the job done. Website not updated since October, for processing times and are still reporting that they are processing Aug 3rd, 2010 I-129F. I am tempted to grab my father, lawyer, and my Uncle, ex special agent of the DHS now FBI Agent, and pay them a visit. Might just do it when the 5 month mark hits for me. Down right retarded how lazy people are these days, work ethic and the genuine care for others is non-existant these days. Sorry just had to vent a bit, good luck to you.
