    Here is why mine was long. The standards for the passport photos sizes changed after my I-129F was submitted. I was unaware of this originally. The first RFE stated they needed the correct size for me (the petitioner). Then they said allow 30 days. Right at 30 days they said they need my SO's (beneficiary's) correct passport photo size. Then wait another 30 days. 60 days total. Morons!
