    If you wait for the appointment letter to get the medical and pcc done, it will be very delayed!

    For the pcc you can give it a try showing the petition form(i129f &NOA1) and together if you have the NOA2 approval it will be great to start the process.

    For the medical they atleast need your case no.So after your NOA2 approval wait for the confirmation letter from them mentionin...
