      damnit. Need translation of birth cert and more stuff for affidavit of support - even though we sent THREE years worth of tax returns and six months of paystubs. #######!

      Hmmm... let's see. Did you send evidence like joint lease agreement, joint bank accounts or utilities, and pictures? did you translate birth certificate?

      Oh no! you were doing so good!

      They looked at my I-465 two days in a row now too, so I think I've probably got an RFE coming. My guess for mine is a translation of my birth certificate. You got any idea for which form it is?

    Biometrics SUCCESSFUL walk in @ SEattle!!!! Yay!!!

      Whooohoo! The place was hard enough to find, but I made it into the waiting area without anyone questioning the date, then suddenly the lady at the waiting counter pre-biometrics noticed it and told me I had to wait til they were through with all others who had appointments. I think the trick is not to be there around the beginning of an hour. I was serviced around 8:45am, but I showed up around 8am. I'm sure at 9am it would have been the same story....

    OMGz. I have been sitting infront of my Laptop for almost 6 hours now reading timelines and approvals and RFE's on Visa Journey. Damn! lol.

      Hurray, got a appt letter! Weird tho, says its only for i485 and i765, not i131, which I really want. Is it not required for the travel doc?

      Well, you are skipping ahead, which is fab! Uscis received my application on oct6,didn't get receipted until oct 14. Probably cos it was sent to MSC.

      I did, thank you. I actually had the electronic notification before NOA arrived by mail, I was referring to our physical snail mailbox, since we are waiting for the biometrics appointment now. :-/
