i got the same msg but about the AOS package that my husband sent en november 3, the same day i sent the IV packet from morocco. nvc received it and enter it on the systeme. i don t know if they haven t AOS packet or just it s taking more time to be saved on th system

i sent the same docs with translation, just don t forget copies certified; i sent only originals but for more precision send originals + copies certified, i m still waiting; nvc received mine on november, friday 5 -2010 and until now no news

i just received an email from nvc to pay IV fee bill 404$ thing that may husband will do sooner.

the AOS fee bill was paid but i didn t receive the package to send I-864 it s that mean i don t have to send it because they received it from uscis. so i have just to pay 404$ and how much time left to get the interview sheduled.

ur married so u must file k-3 and u must be a us citizen to be eligible for k3

first send I-130 then I-129

thanks but first we applied for a k-3 just the I-129 and I-130 were approved at same time, u know if that happen the k3 is closed and the nvc process the cr1 it s what i m here

u have just to wait the instructions from nvc, in my case i received an email from theim telling me that they had my ds3032 and i m still waitting for next step, i called them the operator told me that they received the choice and on few weeks i will receive instructions.
