hey just check my email and they told me about my case " Dear Madam,

Your husband’s visa had been approved and issued, it was sent to you through our courier service Aramex, please notify us if you have not received it by now."

and i think we r on the same boat for they r either at aramex or on thier way!!!

hi hopenfaith im in the same boat as you.... my husband lives in ramallah and was called to send his palestinian passport on the 12th of oct.. and he sent it out the 13th via aramex and pd 100NIS 50 to send and 50 for the office there (embassy)... we have not heard from them as yet nor aramex and it usually take about a week for them to reply or send back any paper work.. i was also in ap for 1.5 months before they called for the passport and during that 1.5 period they called to ask for his siblings names and ages....

so now we wait.. but i heard that after they ask for the passport thats it..its been approved so they can put the visa in the passport.. i guess they called us on the same day..

some family member said i would be 1 to 2 weeks.. but im not sure there is never a timeline for them stufff... but inshallah aramex calls and tell me good news!! they will prob be delivered the same day !! so i will try and update. do that same okie?

this is what i sent:

bar coded letter

Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport

Birth Certificate of beneficiary

Original Marriage or Certified Marriage Certificate and photocopy of Marriage certificate [i send the original since I didn’t have a certified copy]

Original & Photocopy of Police Certificate – Beneficiary

Original & Photocopy of Passport office Police clearance certificate. [depends on your country]

hi i used the i-864ez and didnt have any problems either... its a shorter form and much easier to fill out.

well i was put on a ap for 1.5 months before they called to send the passport and a pic-- but each case varies

between 2 weeks to a month- there is no set timeline
