Would you happen to have a number for Nvc? The only number that was on my letter I received was for Uscis.

Our papers cleared after close to a year of waiting. They forwarded on 20th of march to Nvc. Can any one tell me the usuall wait till I hear from them. Ive read everything from 20 days to three months. Any input would be great.

Sorry but its very impossible that she get inlove again for 2nd time around for just a couple a month after her first man they broke up,im not being judgemental person but i saw her, shes only want to go here in US,in realationship u being honest each other then u will tell everything whats happening to your life even that the pastlife its so bad...Better ask her literally if she love you or just only papers she want ...

hello people...have not been here for a while..yesterday my girl had her interview and was denied because of a pitition that another man had started..i was unaware of this and she told me that she thought it was done and over with..she said it only cleared nvc but she pulled from relationship because of problems that he would not accept her family and was wanting no part of them.so this brought me into picture as new petioner after 6 months.i have been there to visit her and family a total of five weeks and in two trips.she is unsure if our case is closed but was denied because of old case.is there anything that i can do to get old case removed?i am dissapointed she never said anything to me of this but she says she was afraid that i would turn on her for this.i do understand her thinking but i told her that paper trail is in system and she should have known this when we first filed in laguna,ca.i am at loss to know what to do now..any help would be greatly appreciated please.

ok here is the deal.... we payed in dec.8 and tryed to set interview and always got this message...bank reciept fee used...and have called solid since then to resolve.both of us.we always told there is problem with new system in manila..we always promised calls back to resolve so we can set interview .but no luck in fixing....today finally they send back call to me that it fixed.we are now set for the 19 of january..yay!!!!so if others of you are having problem as this ,dont fail in hope..just keep at them and soon it will come.good luck all.

hello all,i am trying to set fiancee appointment but once finally getting through to someone ,they took info and said they must verify with her before setting the interview.they called her but she was in shower and missed call and have not heard from them since.is this normal for them to set up interview this way?i thought i was able to do..any help wouild be great.i am not sure what i should do to try and keep process moving for us.i dont want to schedule medical till week before her interview.she is in cebu.thanks.

well our papers finally send from nvc today .were so glad .can some one tell me cost of medical and interview.we wait for letters from manilla now before we move to next step.

I have no idea as to the Philippines consulate receiving case from NVC but I know I waited 2 and 1/2 weeks so you should hear soon

we had our case sent for nvc on oct.19...have not heard anything as of yet and am wondering if it take long.and also how we will be contacted.i would accept any comments on this if it out there.always nervous with this process,as many of us are i am sure.thanks for any help.

i was told by another person at work that brought filipina hear 10 years ago that i will need to show a considerable amount in savings,as to prove that i can support her.i do not keep money in savings in bank.i keep in safe at home.is there any truth to this?i show all deposits and do put all moneys there to pay all bills tho.i have no collections but do not trust banking system.please give some advice if there is some out there on this.thanks

i filed in laguna on june 3rd..i received receipt number but have been not notified of any results yet.this with fiance in filippines..is it normal to not here from uscis yet?if someone can give som advise i really would like to hear from you.
