I got my rfe on the 2/7 and I send the papers on 3/7 because it was some IRS paper that took a little bit to get it and I got approved on the 3/13 it took like a week and then a couple of days to received on the mail good luck on everything for me took a while for the GC I got the REF after 6 mths xp

Hola: yo estoy en el proceso de obtener la green card, yo me vine con la visa K1 o fiancee visa, el proceso lo hicimos el estando en USA y yo en Chile, se demoro bastante, 10 meses en total, pero es casi un tema de suerte he conocido gente que se demora mucho menos, lo mismo con la GC, yo ya llevo 6 meses esperando y aun nada, hay gente que en 2 meses les sale si tienes cualquier duda avisam
