Call DOS and as soon as they tell you Packet 4 has been mailed out, you can go on the CSC site and schedule your own interview. You dont have to wait to actually receive the the letter. Take the first date available (if there are any). Then you can go back and click "reschedule appointment" to see if anything earlier pops up. Just keep doing that! We changed October 31st to Aug...

And the verdict .. we were APPROVED! First ones in line and first ones out the door by 9am! I am the happiest girl in the world today!
