    ur husband can apply for a new passport with bangalore address from bangalore passport office in TATKAL Scheme... and then after getting the new passport, apply for PCC from bangalore passport office

    actually I got PCC from the passport office from where my passport was issued...I also worked in bangalore for 2 years.. but my passport was issued from trivandrum..which address u have given in the forms which u sent to uscis? bangalore or orissa? actually i send one mail regarding this to chennai embassy.. they told me to get pcc from local passport office where ur passport was issued..

    hi u don't need local police clearance certificates at any stage including interview.... U only need police clearance certificate or PCC from passport office from where ur passport was issued.

    hi...u need Police clearance certificate (PCC) from the passport office, where ur passport was issued.. if u belong to kerala.. u can contact travisa (www.travisatt.com) to get police clearance from ur passport office.. u don't need local police clearance at any stage..all indian citizens only need passport office police clearance certificates..
