  1. hi may i ask anyone who went through the sputum test at st. lukes. how many weeks after the sputum test they will normally call you incase the culture becomes positive.... im on my 5th week today, I'm kindda nervous if they might call me anytime from today but i want to think positive as everything will be okay since i dont have any tb symptoms so i wont get so much stress> I'm praying they wont call me so I'll be the one to call st.lukes after my 8th week culture on Nov.12. Please help me pray. Thank you!

my 8th week endend last NOv.10 and today is my follow-up schedule :) I called SLEC a minute ago and Yay!Yah! got my immunization sched on wednesday next week Nov. 17! God is Good all the time. It's worth all the wait guys. God is so Good! Health is wealth , stay healthy everyone!

  2. Well take it anyway it's not gonna hurt if you even took something extra that you think you can show to the officer

    It could never hurt

thank you! but im worried if they will ask me a copy of AOS form 1-864 coz i dont have it and my hubby doesnt have a copy of it anymore since he sent it to NVC.

do i need to bring all the requiered documents to my IR-1 visa interview even if my petitioner( husband) had already sent the original docs to NVC and forwarded it to Manila USEM? i also have all the original docs in hand and proof of relationship except the AOS I-864. thank you so much!

  5. I wan't unemployed at the time of my wife's interview so I made sure she had copies of recent pay stubs to back-up the AOS from NVC stage which included 2 years of tax returns and an employment letter. The IO at the Embassy never asked for updated AOS information. I would agree that you should have a co-sponsor ready by interview day (make sure you wife has the co-sponsor documents in hand that day) but only offer it up if asked for updated proof of income.

thank you very much for the information :) is form I-864 the only requirement for my co/joint sponsor to fill out? and co-sponsor is the same as joint-sponsor? thank u!

  6. I have submitted all documents to NVC early this year and during that time I had a job when I submitted Affidavit of support I-864A. My wife and daughter's interview will be this coming November and unfortunately I got lay off from work just this month but I still have a part-time job earning $400 a month. I am sure this is not enough to support them. What should I do to make sure, my wife and daughter's visa interview will be approved since all documents have been forwarded already to US embassy Manila Philippines?
