    ok so lawyer effed me and aos and iv packages just reaching nvc today...confirmed this time! ball's a rolling again!

      i thought so too.lawyer says the paralegal at her office that was in charge of our case told her she sent them off.i'm calling nvc they say they dont have it lawyer telling me it was sent.paralegal was fired 3 weeks ago.lawyer checks thru her things on saturday and there were aos and iv packages sitting pretty! so they were just sent yesterday :(

      together, we need a lawyer cos my husband is now in jamaica with me cos we had a baby and we needed someone to take care of the nvc stage for us:prepare and submitt aos and iv packets

    i am trying so hard not to be depressed but im at the end of my rope. i cant seem to get any answers in regards to whats going on with my case at nvc, and my friends dont appear to ne to interested eithrr

      i'm sorry jahoney :( i know how sad and frustrating it can be with this whole thing.i felt the same when they messed with our k1 and we had to start over.have you tried your congress?or an infopass mayb?keep calling

    After going off on everyone, emailing the embassy 10+ times, and having my attorney to email the embassy, we FINALLY received our interview date! (33 days later) Thank you God!

      and you know what?i'm following this timelime profile name Bethaleen with noa2 date same as yours and they have case complete as of yesterday...nvc got there case same day they got mine...great for them sucks for us!!:(
