i just called and we have an invoice id # and email was sent to our lawyer...but they had both our emails address wrong so did u verify ur email address with them??i dont know what going on and i'm mad for u,xxx

Remember, one person's timeline will not always match yours. Every case is different. Some months NVC has to dedicate a certain amount of time on other types of Visas so try to take it one day, and one step at a time, or you will make yourself crazy
Thankx.Do we still do have to do the choice of agent if we have a lawyer?

thankx.as far as i know the ds230 part 1 filled out and signed and ds230 part 2 filled out and UNsigned has to go with my IV packet to nvc and not directly to us embassy...

hey guys...
does the signature date on my ds 230 has to be a date AFTER nvc request it or can i go ahead fill out, sign and send to husband now? (nvc has recieved case but no # as yet)

hi guys, been reading up on the nvc process (since i'm 4 months into waiting for noa2) and on checklist i saw needing to submitt police cert with IV package.i was under the impression that police cert was done after receiving packet 3 from embassy...not so for cr1??

I am really disappointed by this response. Can one be anymore obtuse or insensitive? Aside from the fact that none of us are perfect, including you, have you even considered the type of sadness and stress that this person is going through being in a new country, pregnant, armed with vague medical information about chemicals pumped into the body? Please be supportive or just keep your comments to yourself. The fact that this was even shared on this forum, although I agree with the other posts that she should seek professional advice now that she is here, is a testament to her trust in the collective wisdom of us as a group AND her real, valid fear humbles me and makes me sad at the same time. I hope you aren't give such harsh judgment when it is your turn to have a crisis.
As for your response...I have one word: FAIL.
silverberry,i posted quickly and witout thought.whilst my post reflects my first and true feelings i do realise that it is not my place to cast judgement.i my defense i am PROLIFE and almost 8 months pregnant myself - all i saw was the word abortion (and used so lightly!)
in any case op please go see an obgyn asap and get professional advise on potential effects of the vaccine on the baby if any.goodluck

What u mean physical presence in the US for a certain amount of years? We staying in US now, and i plan to give delivery only in Indonesia and my husband gonna be there when the baby born and to pick us up later.
just that some persons have us citizenship but dont actually live there.i was speaking in general and notto your specific situation so if this does not apply to then ignore it.like i said contact local embassy for more specific details

sandals itself doe'nt admit kids but Beaches which is owned by Sandals is considered their family compound so to speak. beaches is a great family hotel! all inclusive and a mini water park for the kids.also playground for the liitle kids and daycare facilities too.its a bit pricey tho as all sandals are.for something a little less u can try Sunsent Beach Resort and Spa in montego bay.great family hotel also with water slides, little kids playground and daycare.
those are the 2 family hotels we have tried so far.they are both great, check out their website for prices

consular report of birth abroad. for the baby to clain us citizenship, get US passport and social security #. your husband must have proof of his us citizenship and proof of physical presence in the US for a certain amount of years.u must also have a copy of baby's birth certificate and daddy is required for the interview.it takes 4 to 6 weeks to recieve docs (ie passport etc). all these requirements are what we needed to get our son's crba in jamaica.maybe different/varied requirements in indonesia so check with the local us embassy/consulate there
