By the way thank you everyone for helping. I don't know how to move this post. She already had her medical included prior to entry but due to the delay of interview date, they requested for another medical. We're already done with regards to going to a civic surgeon. I already sent the sealed I-693 but I just forgot to include the RFE letter with it. We still have at least 70 days before the RFE expires.

She's already with me. Actually she's already my wife. Evrything is complete other than the I-693. She had her medical in PH but because of the long wait for her interview they requested her to have another medical.

Where exactly are you in the process?

My fiance is done with her USCIS interview. They just need the I-693 filled up.

I would just like to know if whether or not i should write my complete name in the n-400 or what is written in the green card which shows that my 2nd name is shown as my middle initial. in my birth certificate that i submitted i have my complete name.

Hopefully some can help me with regards to this matter.

Actually my father already applied AR-11 before. we already actually moved twice. And that is why now he cant remember to what address he changed it to. I already checked the AR-11 and it does really asks for the previous address that is why im trying to find out if there is another way finding out what address he registered our green card to.

I already called USCIS and they said that they dont have access to those records.

Do you think it would be Ok to just guess a previous address?

I don't have the letter the green card came in. I wonder if i can just use the current address of my dad. would that be ok to use for AR-11!? and yes Sir Dave, paper work is fun..

Hoping someone can help with my problem. I just moved out of my fathers house and i need to change the address of my green card. My father cant remember whether he addressed our green card to his previous residence or to his current one. Is it ok to change my address not knowing the where my green card was previously addressed?
