Thanks for the add ChaseCallen! Dapat consider na nila yong older one kasi when you sent the package it was within 30 days! Nagtagal lang kasi nga tagal ng process diba?

@Matt: Thanks a lot. I'm sorry if you were only given 23 days to send it back. Our RFE's deadline is Dec. 27 but my husband and I will send it back to them as soon as possible because we're already so behind with our expected timeline and the mailing sure does take at least a week! And I'm sure they will take weeks again for them to decide if we'll be approved or not. Goodluck to all of us.

@asianmom: You're welcome sis. That's what I thought too. It's unfair they did this to us. The photos we submitted before were taken a few days before we sent the packet. We are already beyond their five-month processing time! But it's okay though. Everything happens for a reason. My husband and I will just keep doing our part and pray. Hopefully this will all be paid off soon. Hope you'll get your NOA2 before November ends sis! =)
