you can try this e. mail ...1-130inquiries.tsc@dhs.gov....your case number. name...date. so far you are within the time line. the 1-130 takes about 8 to 10 months.

hi guys, we received NOA : notice of transfer from calif service center saying preliminary processing for application has been completed and has been been transfered to USCIS office in san antonio TX.

it says "the office will notify you when they schedule for an interview on the application or petition". got this letter march 2nd and still no word about the notification.

by the way we sent off our i-130 in october 2010 its been six months now and still we havent received NOA2.

how long does it take until we get the next notification and what do we do to speed things up?

Hi, I have a question about W2 form/ tax return filing for 2010.

we got married in Indonesia October 2010 and my wife (US. Citizen) is filing her taxes for last year.

she went back to US november, while im here in Indonesia.

my question is because i wasn't there for the whole 2010 or neither im a PR or citizen yet, can a she file with non u.s. citizen spouse?

btw we're still waiting for our NOA2
