    best way is get the citizenship and then get a visa for a spouse like IR or CR, they collected fees and it is good for 1 year. my case was completed on 11-10. i should have gotten an interview for december or january, but they knew about "retrogression" and did not schedule on purpose, my embassy in tashkent is not busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they just needed money. screw this country, and I am leaving this country.

    THERE ARE PPL WHO HAVE CURRENT AND NON-CURRENT PD WHO GOT THERE CASE COMPLETED AND STILL NO INTERVIEW !!!!They have waited mostly six months or possibly a year to receive an interview. Not only that, There are VJers who have current pd before YOURS!!!! and STILL DONT HAVE NO INTERVIEW ASK KIM11 SHE CAN TELL YOU :ot2: O IF YOU ARE FRUSTRATED FOR WAITING WELCOME TO THE PROCESS

    called just nvc, they told that they finished scheduling interviews for january, my case is completed on 11-10-2010,Sign in failed on 11-23-2010, hope for a appointment for february

    the instructions i864 says that You are not required to submit this evidence, however, unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official.

    you may include (NOT SHOULD)a recent letter from your employer, showing your employer's address and telephone number, and indicating your annual salary. You may also provide pay stub(s) showing your income for the previous six months. If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income,or income from any other source, you may also include evidence of that income.

    Enter your current individual earned or retirement annual income that you are using to meet the requirements of this form and indicate the total on this line.

    I GUESS THEY ASK FOR MORE EVIDENCE IF YOU TYPE IN YOUR CURRENT INCOME ON QUESTION 23, MORE THAN YOUR INCOME FROM RECENT TAX RETURN.

    hello guys, I got a police certificate from my spouse, which it already was translated from russian into english, but they made a mistake by date of birth. So I need actually to get fixed my problem. I got only photocopy of police certificate, original is on his way by DHL and will be next week, Do I need really certified translation. Can I just translated by myself and put on bottom

    I __________________________________certify that the translation is accurate, and the translator is competent to translate.

    Or do I need to indicate that the translator made a mistake by typing September instead of November?
