@DebbyNSeyi: Our case is not yet complete at NVC. They received our DS230 on the 2nd of December.....now we are waiting for the case to be completed......you've overtaken us in the race..lol. I wish us the very best. As the days go by...i am getting more and more nervous especially when i remember the ugly experience i had at the consulate with my denied K1 petition. Jesus, pls help us!...

I was denied a K1 in 2009 becuase 'i was already married to my husband according to nigeria laws and not eligible for a fiancee visa'. Now we are processing the CR-1 and at the NVC stage. We have done our court wedding, have a beautiful daughter who has already been issued a CRBA and US passport. What can i do to ensure i am not denied a 2nd time?
