    I also dont have a Police Clearance from Singapore bcoz they no longer issue to non-Singaporeans. I have a letter from Singapore CID to prove it. One big problem now, my petitioner haven't receive the packets yet. Im so stressed out about it. :( You received also the entire package from USCIS right?
